Wesley E. Anderson

Title: Director of Employment & Community Services, NASDDDS
Role: Wesley has been with SELN for nearly four years, representing NASDDDS as co-director and providing direct technical assistance to states.
Background: Over 15 years supporting individuals with I/DD; experience in employment services, mental health, and education.
Expertise: Strategic planning, training design, universal design, and TBI specialization.
Interests: Leadership development and change management strategies.

Amy Huppi, MPA

Title: SELN Program Coordinator, ICI
Role: Amy has been with the SELN for almost four years managing the SELN eLearning course for case managers, the SELN Hub online community, and providing technical assistance to member states.
Background: Former DSP and manager for individuals with IDD; case manager at Utah’s public institution; worked with Utah’s state IDD agency.
Expertise: System transformation, person-centered planning, informed choice tools, stakeholder technical assistance, and community inclusion strategies.
Interests: Case managers’ role in employment, leadership development, and policy analysis.

Kara E. Sexton

Title: SELN Program Assistant, ICI
Role: Kara has been with the SELN for one year. She supports SELN monthly meetings, the SELN eLearning course for case managers and the SELN Hub online community.
Background: Former employment specialist and instructional assistant supporting individuals with disabilities in educational and community settings.
Expertise: Direct support, employment services, and instructional assistance.
Interests: Inclusive practices, accessible communication, and collaborative learning.

Teja Stokes, MBL

Title: Deputy Executive Director, NASDDDS
Role: Teja has been collaborating with the SELN National Team for five years, supporting strategic direction and providing technical assistance to states.
Background: Teja has over 30 years of experience in HCBS program development, Medicaid policy, and quality improvement. She has held leadership roles in Virginia state government and IBM Watson Health.
Expertise: Change management, strategic planning, process improvement, and group facilitation.
Interests: Medicaid structure, service modalities, and organizational success strategies.

Regina Rodriguez Sisneros, BA Ethnic Studies, MHMSS Candidate

Title: Director of Systems Innovations, NASDDDS
Role: Regina has been with the SELN Team for the last year. She is learning the ins and outs of employment and brings a diverse perspective to technical assistance calls.
Background: Her experience includes state partnerships, contract management, TBI supports, program management, and national policy development.
Expertise: State collaboration, program innovation, and systems-level change.
Interests: Leadership development, innovative practices, and employment exploration for all.

Jean Winsor, PhD

Title: Senior Associate, Employment Policy and Systems Team, ICI
Role: Dr. Winsor has over 20 years of experience researching state integrated employment systems and 15 years providing technical assistance with the SELN.
Background: Dr. Winsor’s educational background includes public policy, education and psychology. She also provided direct care to people with IDD for 10 years.
Expertise: State systems and integrated employment, with an emphasis on bridging research to practice through technical assistance to employment system stakeholders.
Interests: State IDD systems, funding strategies for employment and non-work services, outcome data collection, disability policy and interagency collaboration.

Staci Jones, MS

Title: Senior Associate, IDD Employment Implementation and Capacity Building, ICI
Role: Staci has been with SELN for over three years, providing technical assistance to states and supporting network activities including meetings, workgroups, and publications.
Background: She has worked as a DSP, employment specialist, Director of Employment and Day Services, and employment services lead for Maryland DDA.
Expertise: Organizational change, person-centered thinking, community life engagement (CLE), and Employment First strategies.
Interests: Mid-level management training, community life engagement, and holistic service delivery.

David Hoff, MSW

Title: Senior Associate, Training and Technical Assistance, ICI
Role: David has been with the SELN since its founding in 2006. His primary role is supporting individual states.
Background: Previous to joining the SELN, David worked in a direct service role doing job coaching and job development. He has also been an administrator for a local workforce development system.
Expertise: Organization and systems transformation, policy issues and their impact on the lives of people with disabilities, working with the business/employer community, and skilled facilitation.
Interests: System collaboration, value-based purchasing systems, informed choice and transportation.

Brittany Powers, PhD, MPH
Title: Research Associate, ICI
Role: Brittany has been with the SELN for the last year. She provides technical assistance to member states and supports SELN data projects and writing activities.
Background: Previously Director of Health & Wellness at a public college in Pennsylvania and unit director at the Delaware UCEDD.
Expertise: Health promotion, participatory research, and mental health supports.
Interests: Employment outcomes for adults with IDD, youth access to employment, and community-based programming.

Alberto Migliore, PhD

Title: Research Associate, ICI
Role: Alberto has been with SELN for the past year, supporting data-related needs.
Background: Previously worked 10 years as a direct support professional. His research focuses on improving employment outcomes for people with intellectual disabilities.
Expertise: Research design, data analysis, and fidelity tools.
Interests: Enhancing service quality through data-driven strategies.

Paige Rose, MS, CESP

Title: Training Associate, ICI
Role: Paige has been with the SELN for the last two and a half years supporting states and developing resource documents.
Background: Prior to SELN, Paige worked for 24 years at Nebraska VR as a VR Counselor and Program Director for Evaluation and Community Integration. She served as the agency DD liaison and sat on the DD Council.
Expertise: System transformation, agency collaboration, and employment services.
Interests: VR practices, policy development, Progressive Employment, and sub-minimum wage transformation.

Gail Godwin, MA

Role: Gail supports the Maryland Technical Assistance Project and SELN, integrating self-directed services into training and consultation.
Background: Founder of Shared Support Maryland, Inc. with over 30 years of experience in advocacy, direct support, and organizational development.
Expertise: Self-directed services, positive supports, person-directed planning, and disability rights.
Interests: Community inclusion, employment, and helping people move through life at the same pace as others.
